Domestic & International Shipping
- We currently ship to addresses provided during checkout.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local authorities.
Shipping Delays
V12 MATS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Labor disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Other events beyond our reasonable control
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once an order is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
- V12 MATS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with filing a claim where possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy
