Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship to addresses provided during checkout.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local authorities.

Shipping Delays

V12 MATS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
  • V12 MATS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with filing a claim where possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy
