Refund policy

At V12 MATS, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued. Please review it carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Shipping and handling fees

Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be approved before items are returned.
Do not send items back without authorization.

Return Shipping for Refunds

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • V12 MATS is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is returned in a condition different from how it was sent
  • Original packaging or components are missing
  • The item shows signs of use or handling beyond inspection

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow the refund process outlined above.
